We always recommend getting a sample door to make sure you know how the cabinet is going to look and feel. Sample doors can be ordered for $25 each. There is no extra charge for shipping on sample doors and if you choose to order from any of our cabinet lines, we will credit the sample doors back to you.

Unfortunately, we do not provide installation services unless the job site is local to Los Angeles, CA, however, we can certainly answer all your questions regarding the proper assembly of our cabinets. We do sell cabinets that are pre-assembled, which makes the job of installing your cabinets go a lot faster and easier.

As long as the floor plan and measurements sent to us are accurate, our designers will make sure the cabinets used to design the space will work. It is vital that the measurements are correct as even a 1” difference may cause issues. It is quite common that important issues are overlooked when floor plans are sent to us. Our designers can make all the necessary recommendations for how to correct your layout in order to give you the most usable space, the most efficient design, and perhaps most importantly, an incredible looking kitchen. If you can provide the accurate measurements of the walls and the size and position of doors and windows, then we can give you a layout that will fit your kitchen. For additional information, please feel free to check out Design Help.
Not long at all. Our warehouse is stocked with RTA kitchen cabinets so you do not have to wait for us to make the cabinets. A few days will be needed for us to process your order and have it ready to ship. After checking inventory, we will prepare all the cabinets and accessories on a pallet for shipping. The whole process on our end should take less than a week but the actual delivery time will vary based on your location. Please reference our shipping policy to calculate approximate transit times for shipping.
*NOTE: If you are choosing Thermofoil Flat Panel cabinets and some of the euro lines, these cabinets are made to order. The common production time for these cabinets is 10-12 business days.
Assembling our cabinets is fairly easy, certainly easier than installing them. If you think you can install them on your own, you may very well be able to put them together yourself.
Most of our customers assemble cabinets by themselves, but others may still need some help from professionals. If you already have someone remodeling your house, they should either be able to also assemble the cabinets or have a connection to a professional who can.
Product Specifications
We do not associate nor use particle board in any of the cabinet style and lines that we carry.
It all depends on which style you order. Most of the cabinets we sell are finished on both the interior and exterior, except for the back because it is usually attached to the wall. If this is not the case for you and the back of the cabinet will be exposed, we carry finished skin panels and molding to cover the outside corner and edge. This situation commonly arises for kitchen islands. Some of our cabinet styles do not have a matching interior finish. They will most likely have a natural maple interior finish.
To help lower the price and get extra accessories like crown molding or bottom light rail molding, some of our cabinets are finished only on the face (frame, doors, and drawers). You will need to order finished end panels for all exposed sides.

We build very strong cabinets and whatever style you select will certainly be sturdy enough to hold your countertops and any over counter appliances you will have sitting on the counter.
We offer double oven cabinets for every line we currently carry. With certain cabinet styles, the double oven cabinet is a combination of refrigerator panels, a base cabinet (sizes will vary), a wall cabinet (sizes will vary) and fillers to frame the wall oven. Other cabinet styles will have all the components needed to construct a double oven cabinet, except for the filler to frame the cabinet.
A standard kitchen base cabinet is 34.5” in height. Standard wall cabinets come in three different heights, 30”, 36” and 42”. For bridge wall cabinets, we usually have 12-24” heights available and they only come in 30” widths and 36” width. Certain exceptions exist because some lines do not offer all three cabinets heights. Some cabinet lines offer only one or two. Other lines have unusual heights for their wall cabinets, such as 27”, 33” and 39”. For complete details, see our product specifications for each separate style of cabinet.
The majority of our base cabinets, as well as our bathroom vanities, do come with the needed toe kicks, however, it is best to purchase additional toe kick panels just to be sure you end up with a uniform look in the event you have two or more cabinets that join together.

You may return your complete order or any unassembled items that are part of your order, within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping-Delivery
We can definitely ship our cabinets to Canada. With any orders to Canada, you should expect an extra 3-4 business day for shipping time. Since the cabinets are manufactured in China, there is a duty tax that will be applied. We recommend that you get a customs broker to assist you in getting the shipment cleared with customs. A much more cost-effective option would be to have the cabinets delivered to the nearest terminal to your location and pick up the cabinets from the US shipping destination terminal and transport them into Canada yourself.
It normally takes 2-3 business days to process and prepare for RTA orders or 3-5 business days for pre-assembled. Estimated shipping time will vary based on your location. The thermofoil cabinet lines are made to order and production time is 12-15 business days. You can reference our SHIPPING POLICY to see how long the shipment will be in transit until it reaches where it’s final destination.
If you notice that something looks damaged when you receive the delivery, make notes of the specific damage on your delivery receipt BEFORE you sign it. Please reference our Damage and Replacement Policy for more details. If your boxes look perfectly acceptable from the outside but have damaged items inside, please notify us asap so we can contact the shipping company to report any concealed damage to the actual product. This way we will be able to ship out replacements in a timely manner. You can always file a damage replacement application to support@bestonlinecabinets.com.
